Consulting, Customization & Troubleshooting
Sometimes you just need a little help to get you over the hump. Maybe you have a little problem that needs fixing. Or you want more of a customized look for your blog—one that puts a unique face on your business.
With Cat’s Eye’s consulting services, you always know where you are with your costs. At our hourly rate of $90—and just a $250 retainer—you’ll have access to Bob’s design, development and consulting services as you need it.
Here is how it works: You pay the $250 retainer up front. When you have an issue or need, email or call Bob. He’ll take care of the problem and deduct from your retainer only for the minutes it took. You have the peace of mind of knowing that if it takes 10 or 15 minutes, that is what goes on the books. No minimum and no rounding up.
Once the retainer is used, you can go to monthly or quarterly billing. You can even put a cap on the amount and we will let you know when you are getting close to it. You may go weeks, even months, between calling Bob, but he is there when you need him.
Things to Know
* When WordPress releases a major upgrade, we advise waiting 3-4 weeks before upgrading.
Most of these services will require you to provide your WordPress login and server info.
